WordPress Updates is divided into 2 separate sections/checks, the WP Core Updates and the WP Theme Updates. Both can be checked under the WordPress Updates subsection.
What do I do if the WordPress engine on my site is not functioning properly?
If you are experiencing issues with the WordPress Engine during website development, such as a lack of functions or bugs, it is likely that you are missing an update which is what is causing the bugs, to check this follow these steps.
First navigate to the WP Site Checker plugin from the admin console on the left side of your interface.
Then navigate to the WP Related Checks Tab.
Navigate to the WP Updates section from there.
Here you will find a section labelled “WordPress Core Update Status”, under this you will be provided with a status on whether or not your site’s WP Engine is up to date.
What do I do if the WordPress Theme on my site is not functioning properly?
If you are experiencing issues with the WordPress Theme during website development, such as the theme not functioning properly, it is likely that you are missing an update which is causing bugs, to check this follow these steps.
First navigate to the WP Site Checker plugin from the admin console on the left side of your interface.
Then navigate to the WP Related Checks Tab.
Navigate to the WP Updates section from there.
Here you will find a section labelled “Theme Updates”, under this you will be provided with a status on whether or not your site’s WP Themes are up to date.
How do I monitor whether my plugins are all working properly?
If you are experiencing issues with your site’s WordPress Plugins, such as a lack of functions working, some of those plugins may not have been installed properly;
First navigate to the WP Site Checker plugin from the admin console on the left side of your interface.
Then navigate to the WP Related Checks Tab.
Navigate to the WP Updates section from there.
Here you will find a list of automatically added plugins that come with WP Site Checker, along with the version of those plugins, as well as whether they are up to date and what the latest versions of those plugins may be.
